Master scheduler PMO support resources. We are currently in the process of identifying and interviewing candidates who can support us from a master scheduler perspective. In addition to the responsibilities below, I need to stress that we need a proactive individual who fearlessly cuts through complexity to get the answer.
Schedule Management Support
- Manages the maintenance of the 13k+ line item MS Project Plan
- Manages the Ceptah sync process to Jira
- Manages the ongoing training and enablement of the schedule and dependency management standards
- Schedules and supports cross-workstream sessions to identify and model forward-looking scenarios to the plan
- Identifies and frames daily assignments related to the schedule for overnight delivery center work
- Analyzes MS Project Plan data and supports the identification of forward-looking scenarios for the MS Project Plan
- Oversees and maintains various program gantt charts
- Supports the Master Scheduler in program strategy and forward-look ahead presentation materials
- Supports the Master Scheduler or independently conducts presentations to executive stakeholders
- Expert level experience in Microsoft Project & Jira/Confluence
- Large scale transformation experience

Pay: $25.12 - $30.25 per hour
