Progressive Steps is now hiring a dynamic and experienced Master Teacher for our Preschool classroom in Oklahoma City, OK!
Some of the responsibilities the Master teacher will have include but are not limited to the following:
- Creating and maintaining an environment that is clean and safe for all children
- Carrying out the daily responsibilities of the classroom relating to the care of the children
- Responsible for the safety and well-being of each child, responding to their emotional needs
- Implementing lesson plans/curriculum on a weekly basis covering all areas of child development
- Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family in order to provide quality care for the children
