WISe, Wraparound with Intensive Services, serves youth with mental health diagnoses who are experiencing severe behavioral disruptions that have affected their functioning in family, school, and/or social environments. WISe is an evidence-based practice for a collaborative, cross-system approach to creative problem-solving.

- Participate in Wraparound meetings, supporting youth and family engagement in care planning.
- Assist in facilitating connections between youth, families, schools, and community resources.
- Provide direct support through skills coaching and activities to promote positive behavioral change.
- Engage with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate integrated care strategies.
- Learn documentation practices, case planning, and advocacy skills specific to youth mental health services.

- Provide therapeutic interventions and crisis stabilization support under clinical supervision.
- Collaborate across multiple systems (e.g., schools, juvenile justice, child welfare) to enhance care coordination.
- Engage in clinical supervision, building advanced skills in family-centered, culturally responsive practice, and evidence-based intervention.
