We typically work directly with building owners and end-users, but also work with a select group of General Contractors. Who's a Fit?

This is an entry-level position. Experience in construction, forklift operation, and general tool knowledge is a huge plus. We are in need of someone to deliver parts and supplies to jobsites, as well as take a leadership role in maintaining tools, inventory, and parts for our small warehouse. You've GOT to be well organized. This is a great position for someone that wants to get started in the construction industry, and has a basic understanding of tools, job site materials, forklifts, and other types of lifts.

The best fit for this position is organized, hard working, personable, and a fast-learner. Tools experience of some type is a must, and 1+ year of experience in construction is a huge plus. About 90% of your time will be spent coordinating deliveries, driving to jobsites, unloading deliveries, setting up material orders, keeping the warehouse clean/organized, and maintaining tool inventory.
The best fit is smart, but knows that there is a lot for them to learn, and is always working towards bettering themselves.

Where do you go after you've been serving in this role for a bit? Once you fully develop your skills, the next stop from the Material Handler role is into a Purchasing Assistant or Purchasing Agent.
