Your Impact
As Axon's Material Handler, you will ensure that the Manufacturing lines get their ordered material in a timely manner.
What You'll Do
Reports to: Production Control Manager
Location: Onsite at our warehouse in Phoenix
**Hours/Shift: Friday/Saturday/Sunday, nights (6pm-6am)**
- Bringing all posted material from the manufacturing floor to the FG location
- Pulling and delivering all Material Requests
- Unloading trucks
- Putting received product away
- Keeping inventory locations up to date
- Work overtime as needed
- Assist Shipping team if needed
- Keeping aisle clean
- Other duties may occur
- Working use of a calculator
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided by Axon and may be required when a job task(s) is being completed in or around your assigned department or in another department, this includes but is not limited to, safety eyewear, hearing protection. Employees are required to apply ergonomic correctness to all job tasks to the fullest extent possible.
What You'll Bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to write and read English
- Forklift Experience (will train the right person)
- Able to lift 50 to 75lb
- Computer knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel
