- Food Manufacturing and 2+ years of meat room experience.
- Solid people skills and understand how to interpret their KPIs and improve efficiencies.
- Proven success in start-up environment.
- Manage, oversee team responsible for production processes
- Leading team and facilitate the organization’s strategy
- Provides performance oversight, safety monitoring, and constructive and timely performance feedback.
- Develops production plans and procedures while driving production performance by establishing daily, weekly, and monthly goals, to ensure that internal and external customer needs are met.
- Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment, troubleshoots issues that arise, notifies maintenance department of equipment problems, and ensures that employees comply with applicable safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
Food Safety & Quality Responsibilities:
Follow the proper hand-washing, sanitization, cleanliness, dress and grooming requirements.
Adhere to SQF, FSMA, Sanitation, GMP’s and HACCP requirements.
Follow the Company’s procedures and processes for food safety and worker safety.
Required Skills & Experience:
2+ years in a Supervisory capacity with demonstrated successful results.
3+ years of experience working in Food production
Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production operations and machinery.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software including Excel and PowerPoint.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
