Job Summary
Operate and maintain centerless grinding equipment as well as setting up, troubleshooting and correcting various machine issues as needed
Job Responsibilities
- Assist grind department in the repair, setup and troubleshooting
- Perform production and maintenance practices
- Startup/ shut down, cycle start/ cycle stop, load/ unload parts, adjust size, fill coolant tank, change coolant filter, clean machine, lube/ grease/ oil, set coolant lines, adjust angles, dress both wheels, change diamonds, recharge coolant tanks, adjust dresser, change over, change work rest/ blade, troubleshooting, fix loaders, change plunge/ cam out wheels
- Perform quality practices
Job Requirements
- Able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods
- Able to work in warm temperatures
- Complete all documentation as specified in the job packet
- Flexible to work shifts, overtime and weekends as required
- Follow all company policies

- Keep work area clean and organized
- Meet quality and production requirements each day
