- Provide personalized and appropriate care according to resident preferences.
- Observe resident functioning and report any change in condition or behavior to the supervisor.
- Administers oral and external medications to residents under the direction of the MAR.
- Follows current standards of hygiene, safety, and infection control when handling, storing, and disposing of medications.
- Administers medications within the scheduled time.
- Assist in meal preparation, setting up the dining room for meal service, and serving residents’ meals.
- Other tasks as assigned.
