Duties & Responsibilities
We want you to love what you do while making a difference in people’s lives. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Deliver Patient Centered Care – Ensure every patient feels valued, cared for, and supported while promoting safety and quality.
- Team Collaboration - Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper scheduling and billing information is shared with the patient.
- Maintain Accurate Records – Prepare charts for all patients, proper documentation of vitals, pharmacy, prescriptions and other necessary information is imperative.
- Perform Blood Draws – Assist with comprehensive blood panels, a key part of our patient treatment protocols.
- Offer Patient Services - Provide patients with services including EKGs, Spirometry, ABIs, Allergy Testing, IV administration, injections and EEGs. On-site training is provided.

Qualifications:
- Must be a certified Medical Assistant and have the ability to show proof of certification
- Must have either 2+ years of MA experience
- Experience with eCW including patient charting
- Experience drawing blood
- Maintains professionalism under pressure
- Solutions-oriented person
- Reliable to open and close clinic
- Respectful to patients and team members
- Works well in a fast pace environment
- IV therapy administration experience
- Is open to learning with the guidance of our on-site provider
- High emotional intelligence
- Understanding of HIPAA guidelines and regulations
- Experience with EKG's
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
