Position: Full-Time Medical Assistant (MA)
Location: South Burlington, VT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (No weekends, no late nights)

What You’ll Do:
As a Medical Assistant at Champlain Medical, you will play a key role in both clinical and administrative aspects of the practice, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent patient experiences.
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Assist providers during exams, procedures, and patient visits
- Obtain vital signs, perform phlebotomy, and reconcile medications
- Prepare patients for visits by completing pre-visit paperwork
- Administer vaccines and assist in basic procedures following standing protocols
- Ensure exam rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked
Administrative Duties:
- Greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out
- Schedule appointments, process copays, and handle patient messages
- Coordinate diagnostic testing and referrals as directed by providers
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to safety and infection control policies
- Attend team meetings to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required
Fluent in English
Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a busy medical environment
A team player with a passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence
