Job Summary and Qualifications
The Medical Assistant in our Senior Health Clinic / Transplant Clinic performs patient care duties as well as both front- and back-office duties. Join our team where your commitment to service, safety and professionalism will contribute to a positive patient experience.
What you will do in this role:
- You will record patient vital signs.
- You will record medical history on patient record.
- You will prepare exam and treatment rooms and assist physicians and nurses as needed.
- You will assist with scheduling of tests and treatments.
What Qualifications You Will Need:
- Requires successful completion of a medical assistant program, military corpsman, Certified Nursing Assistant training program or 2 years or more clinical experience in physician’s practice.
- Experience in a physician practice or hospital
