Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable Wellness Injection Specialist to join our team at the M-K-T Heights location. This role focuses on administering weight loss injections, intramuscular vitamin shots, peptides, performing blood draws, and servicing all of our wellness modalities.
This is a highly interactive role, requiring excellent patient care, adaptability, and a strong passion for health and wellness. You’ll welcome clients into our programs, educate them on services, and provide clear, compassionate support throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer weight loss injections, intramuscular (IM) vitamin shots, and peptides safely and accurately
- Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples following proper protocols
- Operate and guide clients through all of Huemn’s wellness modalities (e.g., cryotherapy, light therapy, HBOT, PEMF, etc.)
- Educate clients on treatment benefits, expectations, and protocols
- Track and document patient progress and update clinical records
- Onboard new clients into weight loss and wellness programs
- Provide empathetic, motivational support to encourage adherence and engagement
- Maintain compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily clinic operations
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong phlebotomy and injection skills with focus on patient comfort
- Ability to work both weekdays and weekends as per schedule requirements
- Desire to educate, motivate, and build trust with clients
- Passion for health, wellness, and patient care
- Adaptable, organized, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of phlebotomy experience required
- Medical Assistant, LVN, or similar healthcare certification preferred
- Experience with multiple wellness or recovery-based modalities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
