Opening for a part time or full time employee position Monday-Friday 8-5PM. Looking for an enthusiastic and eager to learn part time employee. Some medical office experience is a plus.
Fluent Mandarin is a requirement. Cantonese is a plus.
This position is for front and back office assistant who will directly deal with our patients, as well as daily office duties listed below. Must be willing to travel to both locations in Hacienda Heights and Ontario.

Qualifications

- Medical assistance certification not required but is a plus

Responsibilities
- Answering phones/returning messages in a thorough and timely manner
- Scheduling appointments, rooming patients, obtaining medical history
- Insurance verification, obtaining authorization, processing patient referrals
- Scanning paperwork, medical records
- Keeping the work flow in the office
- Stocking/cleaning patient rooms and patient lobby
- Participates in ongoing office tasks training
- Manage inventory of medical supplies
- Clean and autoclave instruments
