Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Biller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing and coding, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to upholding our core values of teamwork, excellence, compassion, integrity, and commitment. This role involves processing medical claims, ensuring accurate and timely billing, and maintaining compliance with all regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and submit claims to insurance companies.
- Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve billing issues.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to medical billing.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve billing processes.
- Maintain accurate records of billing activities.
- Provide support to the billing team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing and coding.
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Athena billing software is highly desirable.

Salary:
Starts at $17 (based on experience)
