About the Role:
We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team in the production of high-quality medical devices. This role requires working in a cleanroom environment and performing assembly, repair, and testing operations on medical catheters while maintaining compliance with FDA and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical catheters under close supervision.
- Maintain compliance and quality by following standardized procedures.
- Accurately document work performed to ensure product traceability.
- Clearly communicate ideas, problems, and solutions to team members and supervisors.
- Interact with internal and external customers with a positive and professional attitude.
- Follow all onsite safety guidelines and cleanroom protocols.
- Handle and maneuver small parts and components under a microscope.
- Perform repetitive tasks such as grabbing, pinching, pulling, and twisting.
- Remain seated or standing for extended periods as required by the role.
Preferred Experience:
- Manual assembly of medical devices.
- Experience working with microscopes for assembly and tool usage.
- Hand soldering skills.
- Prior cleanroom environment experience.
- Ability to maintain accurate written and electronic documentation.
