Duties

- Maintain accurate records of service performed, including data entry into computerized systems for tracking purposes.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare staff regarding equipment status, repairs, and operational procedures.
- Provide training to medical staff on the proper use and care of equipment as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to medical equipment service and safety protocols.
- Assist in the development of service schedules and inventory management for parts and supplies.
Skills
- Strong ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical personnel.
- Experience in a medical office setting is preferred but not required.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, especially in English and other languages.
- Proficient in analyzing technical issues and developing practical solutions.
- Competence in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette when interacting with clients and healthcare professionals.
