Busy cardiology office seeks highly organized front office employee . Must be able to multi-task, answer multiple phone lines, and work independently.
Job duties consist of:
- Pleasantly greet patients arriving for appointments
- Check patients in and out
- Schedule and confirm patient appointment(s)
- Manage a multi line phone system
- Collect patient financial responsibility (co-pay, deductible, co-insurance)
- Prepare charts for upcoming appointments
- Effectively communicate with physician, billing department, clinical staff
Qualifications:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong customer service experience
- Work well under pressure
- Pleasant phone personality
- Independent and self-motivated
