- Answer busy multi-line phone
- Entering demographics
- Follow-up on payments from patients as well as an insurance company
- Investigate and appeal denied claims.
- Assist patients in paying their outstanding balance
- Assist in posting copays
- Verify patient insurance information and eligibility
- New patient intakes

Job Experience
* Ideal for someone with experience in medical front office work or customer service in a healthcare setting. Training is avaliable for the right candidate.
*Excellent communication skills to interact with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients
*Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of organization
*Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 hours per week
Schedule: Monday and Tuesday, 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., with the possibility of additional hours if needed.
