The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the healthcare team, with responsibilities including appointment scheduling, insurance verification, managing incoming calls, and processing prior authorizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorizations
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Perform general administrative duties to support the clinical staff
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare administrative setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
