What You'll Do
As the Overnight Med Tech Supervisor, you’ll be the cornerstone of our medication operations during the night shift. This is an opportunity for someone who is confident, compassionate, and committed to maintaining the highest standard of care while leading and supporting a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and promote a positive, professional work environment
- Ensure timely and accurate medication passes in accordance with physician orders and regulations
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for all medication administration and changes
- Create and manage schedules for med techs to ensure appropriate coverage
- Provide training, mentorship, and growth opportunities for Med Techs and PCAs
- Serve as a key contact for residents and their families, offering support and guidance as needed
- Collaborate with the Director of Wellness to maintain operational excellence
- Stay flexible and responsive to resident and team needs during overnight hours
- Be organized, dependable, and proactive in your approach
Who We're Looking For
You’re a natural leader with:
- 1+ years of experience in medication administration (required)
- A team-first, resident-focused approach to care
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A true passion for working in long-term care and senior living
Preferred but not required:
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) certification

Schedule
- 8–12 hour overnight shifts
- Every other weekend rotation required

Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
