Our gym is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness and wellness and be able to provide exceptional customer service to our members.
Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Assist members with questions, concerns, and provide guidance on proper use of equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized gym environment, including equipment, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and report any issues to management.
- Conduct gym tours, sell and promote gym memberships, classes, and other services.
- Follow gym policies and procedures, including safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Complete ongoing training and development to stay up to date on gym policies, procedures, and offerings.
- Any additional duties as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for fitness and wellness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
