As a Member Service Agent, you'll be forefront of providing exceptional member service while assisting members on the phone. This position is located at the Ottumwa Richmond Branch, back office. Spanish-speaking is preferred, but not required. This position also works roughly 2 Saturdays a month from 8am-1pm.

As a Member Service Agent, you will be responsible for assisting members with their financial needs, providing accurate information on products and services, resolving inquiries and concerns, and promoting a positive member experience. You will have the opportunity to develop your communication skills, build relationships with our members, and contribute to the overall success of our Member Relations Center team in Ottumwa.
