We have multiple positions across the Northwest side of San Antonio.
Membership Sales:
- Contact and consult with prospective clients and visitors to learn about each person's unique needs and lifestyle and see how Pilates can help them. Match each person to the right membership, anticipating and overcoming objections. Follow business guidelines for selling memberships, scheduling Introductory classes and documenting conversations
- Successfully sell memberships over the phone and in person, meeting key metrics for conversion and member mix
- Ensure that new clients are onboarded successfully and set up for success. Assist clients with setting up their app, scheduling classes, understanding policies
Customer Care:
- Create a positive studio atmosphere and client experience. Greet and engage with studio visitors, providing a best in class, personalized customer centric experience.
- Assist with seasonal decor, retail displays and social media presence - ensure that the studio is welcoming.
- Handle front line questions/requests related to scheduling, policies, billing, cancels, freezes, upgrades and downgrades - following up as needed.
- Document conversations to ensure continuity of care and team awareness.
- Intensive use of Google sheets for client conversion forecasting, milestone tracking, account updates and more.
- Support studio promotions, milestone celebrations and events.
Requirements:
- Weekend shifts required for all employees
- Positive work experience that demonstrates professional maturity, dependability and attention to detail
- Superior communication, people skills and phone etiquette.
- Outgoing and engaging people person, able to make others feel welcome!
- Polished and professional demeanor to represent the studio
- Ability to multi-task is critical
- Previous experience with membership sales or high-end service highly preferred.
- Tech savvy - Experience with Social Media, CRM, POS, Google Suite and the ability to learn new software and applications

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
