Job description
A GOOD LIFE, LLC is looking for a compassionate individual to join our team! Candidates must hold a Virginia LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license. Clinician will provide weekly, in-person counseling services to older adults. Clinician will make your own schedule and have the choice of the number of clients they see.
Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information and staff members, following HIPPA regulations
- Identify target areas of concern, diagnose, and create treatment plans
- Familiar with Electronic Health Records
- Attend required trainings and staff meetings as needed
- Provide ongoing support for clients and their families as needed
- Participate in health fairs as needed
- Complete daily progress notes
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $88,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 28 per week
