Job summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance / Leasing Manager to oversee our global company's funding operations for customer purchases. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an international team of finance analysis and funding partners. Areas of key contribution will center on developing strong alliances with our funding partners as well as with the internal NCS team, sales, business desk, field finance and legal. We are looking for someone who can expand our capabilities by implementing new or enhanced financing options and promotions, while at the same time implement process simplification, provide oversight of financing agreements, financial analysis, and ensure compliance with policies. This role requires a deep understanding of finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Job responsibilities:

  • Finance / Lease Management: Oversee the negotiation, execution, and ongoing management of financing arrangements
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support financing decisions. Evaluate the financial impact of these funding arrangements and provide recommendations to senior management
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and accounting standards, including ASC 842. Maintain accurate records of lease agreements and related financial transactions
  • Reporting: Prepare and present to management financial reports related to financing activities. Analyze trends and provide insights to improve impact and financial performance
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Business Desk and Legal teams to ensure seamless financing processes. Manage and administer the relationship with our external funding partners
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices in financing. Provide insights to optimize financing strategies and promotions
  • Customer Relations: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Job requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in lease finance / vendor banking or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of financing and leasing practices and policies, financial analysis, and accounting standards (e.g., ASC 842)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing third party funding partners
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a large cross functional team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to think outside the box to identify and implement new initiatives and offerings
  • Experience managing an international team spread across the Americas, EMEA and APAC

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA a plus

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is $162K - $210K. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
