Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting licensed electricians with system installations and maintenance
- Interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols
- Organizing tools and materials for optimal job efficiency
- Learning trade techniques through practical application
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Currently in 2nd or 3rd year of electrical apprenticeship
- Basic personal tools preferred (we provide specialty equipment)
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to develop new skills
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record
- Capable of physical work (50lb lifting, ladder use, etc.)
