Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of properties to identify damage and necessary mitigation measures.
• Implement water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes.
• Perform mold remediation and fire damage restoration tasks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain processes and provide updates.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in mitigation, restoration, or a related field preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in the mitigation industry.
