Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mobile Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality detailing services to vehicles at various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and an eye for detail, ensuring that every vehicle is cleaned and polished to perfection. As a Mobile Detailer, you will have the opportunity to work independently while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including exterior washing, waxing, and buffing.
- Conduct interior cleaning, which includes vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and wiping down surfaces.
- Apply window tinting as needed, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of all equipment and supplies used during detailing services.
- Drive to various locations to provide mobile detailing services while ensuring safe driving practices.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any concerns or requests they may have.
- Stay updated on the latest detailing techniques and products to enhance service quality.
Experience
- Previous experience in detailing is preferred.
- Familiarity with detailing tools and products is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on the job.
