As a Mobile Expert, you will engage with customers, demonstrate product features, and assist in making informed purchasing decisions. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport will be essential in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their mobile needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of mobile devices.
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer experience.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately for transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the store.
- Supervise team members as needed, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Utilize basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Assist in training new staff on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or grocery store environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
