Job Summary and Qualifications
Monitor, interpret and report data for adolescent, adult and geriatric patients from telemetry monitor systems
Interpret and recognize rhythms with the potential to alter thepatientsphysiology and report to licensed staffimmediately
Document rhythm status per routine, for all changes, and upon request during emergent patient interventions
Report changes in pulse oximetry data toappropriate licensespersonnel
Follow procedure for application functions as directed by the licensed staff
Maintain stock supplies for monitoring area
Maintain a safe work environment
What qualifications you will need:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- High School Graduate / GED
- Previoustelemetry monitoring experience preferred; must successfully pass EKG exam within60 daysof hire date.
