As our Events Manager, you'll be the ultimate party pro. You'll be in charge of every step of the event process, from the first phone call to the final high-five. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the Party Squad: You'll be a hands-on coach, training, scheduling, and managing our amazing birthday party and event team. Your leadership will ensure every guest feels like a VIP.
- Customer Connections: You'll be the first point of contact for all party inquiries, following up with guests and turning their questions into booked events. Your friendly and helpful attitude will win them over every time.
- Marketing & Growth: You’ll be on the hunt for new opportunities, marketing our party packages and procuring leads for future events. You'll help us grow our business by showing everyone what makes our celebrations so special.
- Quality Control: You'll be the guardian of our event quality, monitoring every party to make sure it's running smoothly and meeting our high standards. You’ll make sure every guest leaves with a huge smile on their face.
