Position Overview:
As a Mortgage Loan Originator with Pacific Mortgage Group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources. Your role will focus on guiding clients through the loan application process, recommending customized mortgage solutions, and managing the process from initial contact to closing. With all leads and operational support provided by the company, you can focus on what you do best serving your clients and growing your business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique financial situations. Provide expert guidance on mortgage options and loan products that align with their needs.
- Loan Origination & Processing:
Review clients' financials, collect documentation, and ensure all necessary information is obtained for the loan application. Work closely with the underwriting and processing teams to ensure a smooth and timely loan submission process.
- Mortgage Product Recommendations:
Present a variety of mortgage products that best fit clients’ financial goals. Explain the features, benefits, and risks of each loan option in a clear and transparent manner.Provide top-notch customer service throughout the loan process, from initial inquiry to closing. Address any client questions or concerns promptly and maintain open, ongoing communication.Ensure that all loan applications and related documents comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Keep accurate records of client interactions, loan status, and communications.Qualifications:

- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator, Loan Officer, or in a similar role in the mortgage or financial industry.
- Skills & Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Certifications:
NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System) License required. Additional state licenses needed for CA, OR, CO, FL, NV, WA.Technical Skills:Familiarity with mortgage origination software and tools to streamline the application process.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:
