We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to mowing, lawn care, mulch installation and general maintenance. Opportunity for full time job in Spring of 2026
Duties:
- Perform mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns using manual or powered equipment
- Installation of mulch into landscape beds
- Help with snow removal and plowing during winter months (if wanted)
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain equipment
Requirements:
- Clean driving record & clean criminal background
- Previous experience in mowing, groundskeeping, or lawn care is preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects and operating equipment
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
