Position Summary
Receives, stores, and issues hand tools, machine tools, dies, materials, and equipment in industrial establishment.
Position Responsibilities
The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:
- Issues tools, repairs parts, and safety items to members.
- Maintains records of tools and repaired parts issued and returned.
- Prepares periodic inventory or maintains perpetual inventory of tools and repaired parts.
- Receives, unpacks, and stores incoming tools and repaired parts.
- Requisitions stock to replenish inventory.
- Inspects tools and equipment for defects and wear. Reports damage or wear to supervisors.
- Delivers tools or equipment to members.
- Marks and identifies tools and equipment.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Education/Training/Certifications
- Two (2) to four (4) years related experience and high school diploma of G.E.D., or equivalent combination of education and experience.
