We have an exciting Multi-Site Farm Supervisor opportunity in Iowa Falls, IA. In this highly impactful role, you will be a key member of the leadership team. The Multi-site Farm Supervisor will plan, direct, and coordinate day-to-day farm activities and staff to ensure all daily and weekly production targets are met. Multi-site Farm Supervisors will have a range of 15,00-75,000 in animal inventory, 5 to 10 hourly direct reports, and 1-2 department team leads.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all standard operating procedures are being followed and facilities are in good working condition.
- Maintain high herd health and adhere to all biosecurity set forth by the company and proper feeding and care of animals.
- Training of employees on day-to-day processes and procedures to develop a competent workforce by utilizing hands-on training methods.
- Supervising and scheduling groups of employees and acting as manager when the supervisor is not present
- Maintain accurate records and reports of animals, employees, and supplies on the farm.
- Assist and ensure that all weekly and daily reports are turned in timely and accurately.
- Adhere to all safety procedures.
- Follow the assigned medication and vaccination protocols for the farm.
- Maintain the alarm system and all emergency systems and answer alarm calls properly

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or 2+ years of related swine experience and/or training.
- Must be fluent in English, reading and writing.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred.

The hours and days of work are established by departmental needs and at the discretion of management.
