Job Description:
We are seeking talented and creative Music Composers to join our team for upcoming video game projects. As a Music Composer, you will be responsible for composing dynamic and immersive music for various game elements such as CG, PV, story scenes, environments, and dungeons. You will collaborate closely with our audio and game development teams to ensure that the music enhances the gaming experience.
Responsibilities:
- Compose original music for a wide range of game elements, including cutscenes, gameplay, environments, and in-game events.
- Work closely with the game design and audio teams to integrate music effectively within the game, ensuring it aligns with the creative vision.
- Utilize Wwise, Unity, and Unreal Engine (UE) to design and implement music playback and integration systems as needed.
- Deliver high-quality compositions that meet industry standards in terms of creativity, production value, and emotional impact.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in music composition, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work (preferably including AAA game projects or standout work in the game/film/multimedia industry).
- Proficiency in Wwise middleware and experience with interactive music design within game engines is a plus.
- Proficiency in at least one Digital Audio Workstation (DAW), with solid experience using virtual instruments and effects processing.
- A diverse range of compositional skills, including orchestral, electronic, ethnic, jazz, and pop styles.
- Ability to create compositions that meet high industry standards, with a strong sense of musical aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Preferred: Award-winning experience or multilingual backgrounds are a plus.
