Patient Support Specialist – Join Our Welcoming Austin Team!
Are you ready to launch into a role that’s all about meaningful connections, a supportive vibe, and making a real impact? We’re looking for someone with a warm spirit and exceptional patience to join our incredibly friendly team in Dallas. You’ll primarily work with senior patients—some of the most inspiring people you’ll ever meet—helping them feel cared for and valued. If you thrive on positivity and teamwork, this could be your perfect fit!
What You’ll Do:
Based at our innovative Dallas location, you’ll train to become a Neuro-Technician (no prior experience needed—we’ll guide you every step of the way!). You’ll assist patients during unique therapy sessions, ensuring everything runs smoothly and offering the kind of dependable support that brightens their day. While a background in healthcare or psychology is a plus, we’re more focused on your ability to connect with people than on specific academic credentials.
Why You’ll Thrive Here:
- Team Spirit: Our crew is welcoming and tight-knit—you’ll feel like part of the family from the start.
- Flexible Start: We initially bring everyone on part-time, with opportunities to grow into full-time based on your fit and goals.
- Solid Pay: $19–$23/hour to kick things off.
- Dallas Roots: One convenient location right here in the city.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Someone with outstanding patience—especially when working with seniors who deserve top-notch care.
- A natural at building rapport and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
- Comfortable with a 90-day introductory period as we get to know each other.
- A Bachelor’s degree (ideally in psychology or a healthcare-related field) is preferred but not required—we value your energy and attitude most.
A Few Notes:
To ensure we’re the right match, we’ll ask you to complete some assessments and screenings. Given the nature of our work with patients, we maintain an entirely drug-free environment (including recreational marijuana).
