As a New Member Journey Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise NMJ daily operations expectations within their assigned area
- Recruit, train, and develop representatives
- Ensure locations are staffed at expectations
- Effectively manages schedule and PTO requests
- Meet and exceed site penetration levels at all sites
- Strong partnership and collaboration with Quality Assurance Representatives to achieve maximum penetration
- Consistently hosts meetings with all associates to gain feedback and modify best practices
- Perform ongoing training, coaching sessions and performance appraisals
- Ensure end-of-day and weekly report outs to Leadership by set deadlines
- Strong partnership and collaboration with Quality Assurance Representatives to achieve maximum penetration
- Monitor colleteral inventory at sites
- Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned
- Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
