We’re Fresh Clinics a fast-growing med-tech company helping aesthetic practitioners run safer, smarter, and more successful businesses. We’re scaling across the United States, and we’re looking for a thoughtful, capable, and values-led People & Talent Partner to help us do that the right way.
This is a foundational role — our first People & Culture team member based in the US. You’ll be the bridge between our growing US team and our globally distributed P&C function, working closely with leaders to hire great people, onboard them well, and create a culture where every team member feels seen, supported, and set up for success.

🚀 What you’ll be doing
This is a hybrid role blending end-to-end recruitment with people partnering and leadership coaching. You’ll have a seat at the table with US leadership while rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.
In a typical week, you’ll:
- Lead full-cycle hiring for clinical, commercial, and operational roles across the US
- Partner with hiring managers to build scorecards, run structured interviews, and hire people who live our values
- Own the US onboarding experience — from offer to first 90 days — and help new Freshies feel welcome and connected
- Act as a trusted advisor to US leaders — supporting them through team changes, onboarding, performance, and feedback conversations
- Navigate sensitive people matters with discretion and care, and uphold high standards of trust, confidentiality, and inclusion
- Work closely with our global People & Culture team (AU + PH) to localise and roll out policies, workflows, and systems (we use Rippling and Notion)
- Help us build scalable, people-first foundations for our US growth

✅ You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Bring 5+ years of experience across talent acquisition and people partnering
- Know your way around US employment law (multi-state exposure is a bonus)
- Have supported leaders through growth and ambiguity, especially in remote or distributed teams
- Communicate with warmth, clarity, and calm — especially in tricky people situations
- Are a trusted advisor who balances empathy with accountability
- Are values-driven, with a strong lens for confidentiality, inclusion, and psychological safety
- Can write a great job ad, coach a new manager, and lead a sensitive offboarding — all in the same week
- Have experience with tools like Rippling, Notion, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Are organised, proactive, and not afraid to build something from scratch
