Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team at Piping Rock Club. This role is essential for ensuring smooth overnight operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Night Auditor will be responsible for managing front desk duties during the night shift while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during the night shift, providing excellent customer service to guests.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night.
- Maintain security protocols and ensure the safety of all guests and staff.
- Prepare reports on Clubhouse operations for management review.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
