Responsibilities
- Report to work in a clean uniform with a nametag at the scheduled time.
- Ensure cleanliness of all public & employee restrooms.
- Check all guest rooms, hallways and remove dirty dishes and trash.
- Vacuum all lobby areas and back-of-house hallways, carpets, and stairwells.
- Responsible for removing trash from all offices, service corridors, and public areas.
- Ensure all hotel entrances are clean and free of debris.
- Responsible for cleaning the restaurant dining room, meeting rooms, and function spaces.
- Sweep, scrub and mop floors and tiled areas in spa, restaurant, restrooms, and back of house hallways.
- Ensure lobby furniture is dusted and organized professionally.
- Clean spa facilities (treatment rooms, resting area, and locker rooms) after closing.
- Assist in snow removal if needed.
- Perform any other special cleaning projects requested by the Executive Housekeeper.
Qualifications, Skills & Educational Requirements
Requires the ability to learn job duties during a short period of training and follow directions efficiently. Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred. Able to stand, walk, and lift to 40 lbs for extended periods. A neat appearance, a pleasant personality, and a customer service mindset.
