Role Overview: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Weekend Night Crew Lead to join our janitorial team. This individual will serve as a role model, setting the tone for quality and thoroughness, ensuring our facility consistently reflects the standards and values of South Yuba Club.
What You Will Do:
- Lead by example, performing detailed and thorough cleaning duties throughout the club.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior crew members, demonstrating effective techniques and high-quality standards.
- Ensure all janitorial tasks are completed to club standards, consistently maintaining a luxurious, welcoming environment.
- Communicate effectively and proactively with team members and management about tasks, issues, and improvements.
- Foster a sense of community and teamwork within the janitorial department, embodying trust and joy in daily interactions.
