We are seeking an experienced Baker
About us- We run one of Los Angeles' oldest bakeries that occupies a great place in the hearts of Los Angelenos.
We are hiring for night baker positions as a full time position.

Duties
- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including bread, rolls, cakes, and pastries.
- Package and label baked goods for sale in our bakery or for delivery to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and handling regulations.
- Prepare ingredients and equipment for the days bake before you close out your shift.
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet production deadlines.
- Ability to communicate notes and problems to ownership and management about issues with the bake and products.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a bakery or related role.
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices.
- Ability to lift and move heavy bags of flour and other ingredients.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with knife handling and knife safety.
- Ability to package and label baked goods effectively and efficiently.
