What You Need to Get Started
- Valid Driver’s License
- Social Security Card
- Signed Insurance Check Authorization Form
- Signed Criminal Background Check Authorization Form
- 10-Year DMV Record
- Ability to Pass a DOT Physical and Drug Screening
Training Provided by circYoulation
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Defensive Driving Course
- PASS Hands-On and Online Training
- HIPAA Compliance Training
Driver Responsibilities
- Be punctual, reliable, and professional at all times
- Drive long distances safely
- Start early morning shifts (as early as 3 AM)
- Own an Apple or Android smartphone
- Maintain flexibility to meet dispatch needs
- Perform fluid checks and report vehicle maintenance
- Keep the vehicle clean and sanitized
- Communicate effectively with dispatch
- Use GPS and company apps/software

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Weekends as Needed
