About Us
We’re a thriving assessment-focused psychology group expanding into sunny Ventura, CA. This is a new clinic built on the strong foundation of our existing practice, where we specialize in Social Security Disability evaluations. We’re mission-driven, quirky in the best ways, and absolutely committed to professional support, clinical integrity, and maintaining a work environment that’s low-drama and high-functioning.
The Measures You’ll Use (aka your toolbox):
For Adults:
- WAIS
- WMS (just two subtests, prorated—because we respect your time)
- Trails A/B
- WRAT5
- CARS2
- CTONI2
For Kids (6+):
- WISC
- WRAT5
- CARS2
- CTONI2
- (Vineland-3 is the unicorn: rare, but it exists)
For Little Ones (<6):
- WPPSI or Bayley—but zero pressure. If tiny humans aren’t your jam, that’s totally fine.

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
