Part time: 15/20 hours Weekly.
Schedule: After School Hours Monday-Thursday and every other Friday.
Teach Us, LLC is currently seeking self-motivated individuals that want to support and foster independence for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Our Behavioral Technicians/RBTs provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home, community or center. Within this role you will be implementing programs based on ABA principles that increase communication, self-help, social and play skills, fine and gross motor skills and more!

Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients and their families.
- Ability to provide 1:1 support in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
- Physical requirements may vary with each client. Candidates must be able to sit on the floor, stoop, stand, walk, and run for extended periods of time.
- Implementation of ABA programing including established goals and behavior intervention plans under direction of BCBA.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate effectively with BCBA, families, and additional team members to support the needs of the client.
- Accurately collect data and complete short summaries about the therapy session on an online platform.
- Accompany the client in various settings such as in home, community and center locations
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Experience
- Previous experience working with children, particularly those on the autism spectrum, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies and techniques within a clinical or educational setting.
- Experience in data collection methods relevant to tracking behavioral progress is preferred.
- A strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles will be advantageous.
