Key Responsibilities
- Hospital and Medical related construction.
- Self-performing various tasks within larger projects.
- Light demolition (interior framing, flooring, cabinetry, etc.).
- Trim carpentry.
- Painting.
- Acoustic Ceiling work.
- Handling of materials.
- Misc. "handyman" work.
- Assisting the Superintendents and Foreman, as needed.
- Project clean-up.
- Misc. errands.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Tools
- All power hand tools.
- General hand tools.
- Protection equipment.
- Pleasant, easy-going attitude.
- Skillfully use power hand tools (screw gun, saw zaw, etc.).
- Willingness to learn and be part of a fast-paced team.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb ladders.
- Project clean-up.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver license & auto insurance.
- Clean driving record.
- Hospital and medical related experience is a plus.
