Job Summary
The Residential Supportive Housing Staff provides on-site supervision, guidance, and support to individuals residing in a structured living environment. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, respectful, and recovery-oriented home. Team members will support residents in daily routines, reinforce accountability, and promote personal growth in alignment with program expectations. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about recovery, behavioral health, and human services.
Duties
- Supervise residents to maintain safety and uphold a recovery-focused environment.
- Enforce house rules, curfews, and ensure completion of chore assignments.
- Facilitate daily routines such as house meetings and individual resident check-ins.
- Manage interpersonal conflicts and emergencies using appropriate conflict resolution and de-escalation strategies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and report maintenance issues in a timely manner.
- Provide ongoing encouragement and motivational support to residents in early recovery.
- Coordinate with clinical staff, case managers, and other service providers as needed.
Qualifications
- Background Check: Required. Candidates must consent to a criminal background check to be considered.
- Driver’s License: Clean and valid driver’s license required.
- CPR and First Aid Certification, Narcan Administration Certification
- Utah Case Management Certification (preferred or willing to obtain)
- Utah Peer Support Specialist Certification (preferred or willing to obtain)
- Experience: Prior experience in residential support, recovery services, or behavioral health settings preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills required.
- Reliability: Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
