Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our compassionate team at Mercy Plus Healthcare Services. In this role, you will provide personalized nursing care to our diverse patient population, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting healing and independence.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Conduct assessments of patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide support for pain management and emotional well-being of patients.
- Assist with daily living activities and promote patient independence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Requirements
- Valid nursing license in the state of Michigan.
- Experience in pediatrics or working with special needs populations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
