About the Role
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide advanced wound care to patients in their homes. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive wound assessments and follow prescribed treatment plans
Educate patients and caregivers on proper wound management and prevention strategies
Monitor and document wound healing progress using evidence-based protocols
Coordinate care with physicians, home health agencies, and other healthcare providers
Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure documentation meets industry standards
Travel to patients’ homes within theFayetteville NC area
Qualifications & Requirements
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of North Carolina
Experience in wound care is a plus
Ability to work independently while following established treatment protocols
Strong communication and patient education skills
Valid driver’s license
Comfortable with wound care
